Trueflutter: African Dating

Child Safety Standards

Published safety standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

Trueflutter is committed to helping prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any conduct that endangers minors. These standards explain what we prohibit, how people can report concerns, and how we respond.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Trueflutter prohibits any content, conduct, profile, message, image, solicitation, grooming behavior, or attempted exchange that involves child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies across Trueflutter: African Dating and any related Trueflutter service.

Adults only

Trueflutter is only for people who are 18 years or older. Accounts that appear to belong to minors may be restricted, removed, or required to complete additional review. We do not knowingly allow minors to create or use Trueflutter accounts.

Reporting child safety concerns

Users can report child safety concerns in the app from a profile or chat by using the report controls. Reports may include underage users, grooming, sexual exploitation, requests for sexual material, or any behavior that may endanger a child.

External contact

Child safety concerns can also be sent to [email protected] with the subject line: Child Safety Report. This inbox is monitored for safety and compliance reports and can be used by users, guardians, regulators, law enforcement, and platform partners.

Review and enforcement

When we receive a report, we review the available account, profile, message, and safety information. We may remove content, terminate accounts, preserve evidence where appropriate, block users, and take other steps needed to protect users and the platform.

Reporting to authorities

Where we identify apparent CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or other conduct that may endanger a child, we may report the matter to relevant law enforcement, child protection organizations, regional or national authorities, or other appropriate safety bodies as required or permitted by law.

Cooperation and compliance

Trueflutter complies with applicable child safety laws and platform policies. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and preserve relevant information when needed to support child safety investigations.

Designated contact
